We're having a hard time finding the necessary information on project 9 that would help us to convert GRVT into 
geopotential height at 1000 meters for the cyclone's position. Where might we find this equation?

A scatterplot of the two parameters (GRVT and geoht tendency) at the 950 hPa cyclone center over the period of
study might help you derive a linear or polynomial equation that can be used to convert from one to the other.
