Welcome to Fortran for Meteorologists! You may view the syllabus on the left.

Just before the start of the semester, you will receive an account on the department's machine, Blizzard. You will log in and get acquainted with the machine in the first class. If you plan to work from home (I strongly recommend it), then please log in by following these directions under the paragraph "Test Your SSH Connection to Blizzard" (scroll down). If you have trouble, contact me before class to get it straightened out. After you successfully log in, type exit to, well, exit.
